MEET OUR TEAM MEMBERS
Mark Francis, General Manager
Mark joined the Starr Parts And Equipment team in 2011. Prior to becoming the Starr general manager, Mark worked at Company Wrench. He brings 21 years of industry experience and knowledge to the team.
He graduated from Amanda-Clearcreek High School, where he was active in the FFA program. He earned his associate degree from the University of Northwestern Ohio in applied sciences in the Ag Diesel Program.
Mark’s favorite part of his role is working with and being around heavy equipment and interacting with people all over the country and around the world.
Mark and his wife have two boys and spend most of their time working on their farm where they raise sheep. He enjoys camping and attending his boys’ sporting events.
Joshua Perry, Operations Manager
Joshua joined the Starr Parts And Equipment team in 2021 as the operations manager. Prior to this, he worked at Columbus Equipment Company and brings 11 years of industry experience to his role.
He graduated from Logan Elm High School and received his associate degree in computer science from Ohio University.
His favorite part of his role is finding solutions.
When not at work, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, RVing and fishing.
Gary Huggins, Warehouse Associate
Gary joined Starr Parts And Equipment in 1999 and brings 37 years of industry experience to the team. Prior to Starr, Gary worked for Benedict Inc. and Waterloo Coal Company.
His favorite thing about working with Starr Parts And Equipment is working with a small group of people.
Gary graduated from Logan High School.
Nikos Rolon, Tear Down Specialist
Nikos joined the Starr Parts And Equipment team is 2021. He brings two years of industry experience to the team.
Nikos graduated from Fairfield Union High School and received his associate degree in Heavy Equipment Management from Hocking College. He also received his OSHA 30 Forklift Card.
His favorite part of the job is tearing down heavy equipment.
Outside of work, Nikos enjoys fishing.
Josie Warton, Tear Down Specialist
Josie joined Starr Parts and Equipment in March 2025.
She is a 2013 graduate of Logan High School.
Josie has a strong interest in heavy equipment and enjoys learning about the machinery.
Bryce Sherritt, Tear Down Specialist
Bryce joined Starr Parts and Equipment in November 2024.
He is a 2023 graduate of Nelsonville-York High School and completed a Heavy Equipment program at Tri-County Career Center.
Bryce brings a strong work ethic and enjoys working outdoors.
